Can you incorporate some of my existing furniture and/or accessories into my e-design Package?
Absolutely! We all have items we cherish. I will do my best to work with and make the most of your treasured pieces. I’ll need images and accurate dimensions of the pieces you would like to use. In some cases, I may suggest a new fabric, if the original doesn’t work with the new room scheme.
How do I know if the furnishings you specify for me will all fit in my room?
It is essential you are accurate when measuring your room. I rely on the information you send to me to create your scaled room design. Accurate measurements are crucial to a great design! I cannot be responsible for any incorrect information provided. I recommend that you re-measure before placing any product orders.
How long will it take for me to receive my design?
You will have your design in approximately six weeks from the date that I receive your completed design pack.
Will I be purchasing the items you recommend for my e-Design Package directly from you?
All furnishings, decor, etc. will be purchased by you and implemented by you at your own pace. If for some reason I happen to source an item for you that is to the trade only, I’m more than happy to place the order for you.
If I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of this design service, all e-Design, Design Delivered projects are non-refundable. I strive to provide outstanding service to every client, and I’ll make every effort to create a product that you will love.
I want to change a few things in my final e-Design Package. Can I do that?
Currently, I do not offer edits to your e-design package once it’s been delivered. If you answer all the questions on my questionnaire before we get started, you shouldn’t need any edits at all!
How do I measure my room?
No need to worry! Inside my e-design Welcome Packet, I’ve included an easy to follow guide on how to photograph and measure your room. No need to make it pretty; that’s my job.
