Sometimes, all you need is a little bit of help to make your design dreams a reality. Design On The Spot is a custom in-home design service for a single room, that will help you accomplish your design goals quickly and smoothly. This design service is perfect for the person who wants to implement their design project themselves with the guidance of a professional designer.
I use a systematic approach to design custom spaces for each of my clients. I will develop a Master Plan to help you reach your design goals at your own pace.
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:
An in-home consultation
A personalized design vision board, which is a digital collage of recommended furnishings, accessories, paint/wallpaper, flooring, and lighting, illustrating the look and feel of your project
A scaled floor plan
A customized shopping list
Clear and detailed instructions on how to pull all the elements together
HOW IT WORKS:
After purchasing your design service, within 3-5 business days, I will email you a welcome packet, which will include login information to join my online Design Studio, along with a more in-depth design questionnaire.
Within my online Design Studio, you will receive my Design On The Spot design services agreement.
Once the Design On The Spot design services agreement has been accepted, we will set up an on-location consultation for us to meet in person and review the space in question.
During our consultation, I’ll measure and take pictures of your room, along with any furnishings and/or accessories you would like to include in your new design.
Then I’ll get to work.
Within two weeks of your in-home consultation, we will schedule a video meeting via FaceTime or Zoom for the presentation of your completed Design On The Spot project.
Please Take Note:
At this time Design On The Spot is only offered for residents of Spring Hill, Tennessee and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 30 mile radius.
I can’t get started until I have your signed Design On The Spot design services agreement and payment in full.
Frequently Asked Questions:
CAN YOU INCORPORATE SOME OF MY EXISTING FURNITURE AND/OR ACCESSORIES INTO MY DESIGN?
Absolutely! We all have items we cherish. I will do my best to work with and make the most of your treasured pieces. In some cases, I may suggest a new fabric, if the original doesn’t work with the new room scheme.
WILL I BE PURCHASING THE ITEMS YOU RECOMMEND FOR MY DESIGN ON THE SPOT PROJECT DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
All furnishings, decor, etc. specified in your Design On The Spot project will be from national and local retailers open to the public, making it simple for you to purchase and implement the design plan yourself. If for some reason I happen to source an item for you that is to the trade only, I’m more than happy to place the order for you.
IF I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
You may cancel your purchase of Design On The Spot Service for a full refund (less any applicable PayPal, Stripe, bank or credit card charges or fees) up to seven calendar days after the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify me of your decision at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will notify you of your cancellation number within three business days of cancellation.
I WANT TO CHANGE A FEW THINGS IN MY FINAL DESIGN ON THE SPOT PROJECT. CAN I DO THAT?
Currently I do not offer edits to Design On The Spot projects once they’ve been delivered. If you answer all the questions on my questionnaire before we get started, you shouldn’t need any edits at all!
